About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Care Representative who is fluent in both English and French to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer support to our users through various channels, ensuring a seamless experience when using Ria’s financial services.
Key Responsibilities
  • Assist customers via phone, email, and chat in both English and French.
  • Handle inquiries related to money transfers, transactions, and other financial services.
  • Resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally.
  • Provide guidance on company policies and procedures.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and escalate issues when necessary.
Requirements
  • Fluent in English and French (spoken and written).
  • Previous experience in customer service (preferably in financial services or a call center environment).
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple inquiries simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in using customer support software and CRM tools is a plus.
  • Flexibility to work in rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays if required.

Ria Money Transfer offers a competitive salary and benefits package. The reasonable estimated pay for this role is XOF 7,800,000 annuallyActual compensation is based upon factors such as the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.  In addition, Ria Money Transfer offers a wide range of best in class, comprehensive and inclusive employee benefits for this role including healthcare, dental and vision benefits, Paid Vacation/ Sick Leave and more.
