ABOUT THIS ROLE
This role will be responsible to :
- Ensure proper opening and closing of the store
- Supervise money transfer and currency exchange activities
- Monitor the handling and resolution of customer complaints
- Contribute to and ensure the achievement of operational targets
- Promote the company’s services
- Manage the team and oversee in-store organization
