ABOUT THIS ROLE
This role will be responsible for sourcing, identifying, and recruiting top talent for various digital roles within the organization. The ideal Digital Recruiter plays a key role in building a strong pipeline of skilled professionals to support the company’s digital growth initiatives while working closely with hiring managers to understand the company’s technology and business needs, creating targeted recruitment strategies, and utilizing specialized platforms to attract ideal candidates.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Proactively source and identify top talent for various digital positions
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand the company's technology needs and business goals in order to develop a clear understanding of the required skills and qualifications.
- Design and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract highly qualified candidates
- Use job boards, professional networks, and other specialized recruitment platforms to find and engage with potential candidates.
- Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and skills assessments to evaluate candidates’ qualifications and suitability for the role.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of talented candidates to meet future hiring needs and support the company's ongoing digital transformation efforts.
- Stay informed about trends and developments in digital technology, ensuring recruitment strategies remain competitive and relevant.
- Manage the recruitment process from initial contact through to job offer, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for all candidates.
- Assist in promoting the company as an employer of choice for digital professionals by highlighting its culture, growth opportunities, and values.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
- Deep understanding of digital technologies, trends, and skill sets needed in the tech industry, especially as they relate to the financial sector.
- Ability to manage multiple job openings and candidate pipelines simultaneously, with excellent attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Jobvite and specialized digital job boards.
- Bilingual Recruiter with strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish to effectively engage with candidates and collaborate with internal stakeholders.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external recruitment partners.
- Ability to negotiate salary and terms effectively while maintaining a positive relationship with candidates.
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, IT, or a related field is preferred
- Minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in field
- Must be able to work a hybrid schedule M-F (9-18hrs)
